Since founding Craig Lindell & Associates (CLA) with her husband in 1983, Jennifer Lindell has served as business manager for the Naples, Florida-based executive search firm. She handles a broad array of operations, ranging from document filing and database management, accounting, and customer relations. Having originally established the company in Minnesota, Jennifer Lindell assisted with CLA's 2013 relocation to Naples, where she continues to play a key role in daily operations.

Beyond her experience with CLA, Ms. Lindell has worked for multiple airline companies. She has held positions such as station manager's secretary, gate agent, ticket counter representative, and baggage claim customer assistant. As a Minneapolis, Minnesota-based flight attendant for Pinnacle Airlines, she finished first in her training class and provided passengers with in-flight service and safety instruction.

Actively engaged in community service, Ms. Lindell has served as a mentor for Big Brothers Big Sisters and has volunteered at a senior care home to provide companionship for resident women. She has also assisted her church with several functions, including teaching Sunday school classes and hosting meals at her home to welcome new congregants. In her free time, she enjoys participating in book clubs, reading, swimming in the Gulf of Mexico, and pole walking.
